- ¼ cup spreadable cream cheese
- 2 tbs chopped chives
- 1 large ripe avocado, roughly mashed
- ½ lemon, juiced
- 1 packet trimmed celery
- 1 ripe tomato, quartered, seeds removed, diced
- extra chopped chives, to serve
1. Beat cream cheese in a medium bowl until smooth. Stir in the chives, avocado and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.
2. Spoon avocado mixture into the celery stick cavity. Scatter over the tomato and extra chives. Serve.
