- 100g (5 large) kale leaves, washed
- 500ml (2 cups) Coconut water
- ½ cup fresh mint leaves
- 900g (½ small) pineapple, peeled, cored, chopped
- ½ cup ice cubes
1. Remove the centre core from kale leaves. Roughly chop leaves.
2. Pour coconut water into a blender, followed by the remaining ingredients.
3. Blend on high until well combined. Pour into glasses. Serve.
