- 100g (5 large) kale leaves, washed
- 250ml (1 cup) Coconut water
- 2 Granny Smith apples, quartered, cored
- 6 strawberries, washed, hulled
- ½ cup ice cubes
- mint leaves, optional
1. Remove the centre core from kale leaves. Roughly chop leaves.
2. Pour coconut water into a blender, followed by the remaining ingredients.
3. Blend on high until well combined. Pour into glasses. Serve.
