- 100g (5 large) kale leaves, washed
- 3 (160g each) medium carrots
- 2cm pieces ginger
- 250ml (1 cup) Coconut water, chilled
- 2 tsp maple syrup
- crushed ice, to serve
1. Process the kale, carrots and ginger through a juice fountain into a jug.
2. Stir in the coconut water and maple syrup.
3. Pour over crushed ice. Serve.
