Winter is a perfect time to enjoy sweet potatoes, add in some delicious fresh cut herbs for that flavour profile boost or just as a little garnish zing!

All throughout winter our sweet potatoes are coming from our farm in Bundaberg QLD, here the soil is rich in nutrients and the climate is just right for producing sweet potatoes with a high flavour profile. Harvested only on demand and sent to a Woolworths near you 7 days a week.

We love our sweet potatoes for their versatility, they are nutty and sweet when roasted, creamy and smooth as a mash and hold together well in a stew. We also love them for their nutrient profile, sweet potatoes are a good source of vitamins A and C and a source of vitamin B6 and dietary fibre. Sweet potatoes are also a source of pantothenic acid which helps contribute to a healthy brain and nervous system.
